Strange to see her name and picture on an official document as a British Citizen. Feels a bit odd that I should have a British baby&#8230; But then of course she&#8217;s Ian&#8217;s baby too and this is where she was born. And we&#8217;ll bring her up bilingual &#8211; already from start we&#8217;ve been speaking our different languages to her, trying to keep it consistent: Daddy speaks English and Mummy Swedish. We feel she should hear both languages from start in order to train her ear to all the different sounds, as some aren&#8217;t used in both languages.
